  1. When using the host machine, it is recommended to choose a container with a diameter of 3D when the diameter of the tooth plate is D. The normal height of the tooth plate from the bottom of the barrel should be 0.5-0.7D. Place the tooth plate in the middle of the container, follow the operating instructions, start the main motor, adjust to an appropriate speed, and pay close attention to the current during operation. If overload operation is detected, stop the machine for inspection.
  2. The recommended working medium for the hydraulic station is N32 hydraulic oil, with an injection volume of 30 kilograms. The oil tank should maintain a storage capacity between the upper and lower limits indicated by the liquid level indicator. Before injecting oil, the interior of the oil tank and pipelines should be cleaned to ensure no impurities remain. Before starting the oil pump, the overflow valve should be adjusted to a low pressure setting, and gradually increased to the working pressure after startup. If the oil pump makes any noise, first check whether the oil pipe is leaking and whether the oil filter is blocked. (This item is not applicable to pneumatic models.)
  3. The bearing and sliding rod parts should be kept in good lubrication condition frequently. After work, it is necessary to promptly clean up the dirt on all parts to maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the equipment.
  4. The surrounding environment of the electrical part must be kept clean to prevent oil and water stains from dripping into the controller, and avoid severe vibration. Components should be replaced promptly when damaged.
  5. If the equipment is not to be used for an extended period, the power must be cut off, the surface cleaned, and oil added to all lubrication points. The main shaft and oil cylinder should be coated with oil for protection. It is required that the electrical parts be inspected every six months. After a year of continuous use, comprehensive maintenance is recommended for the equipment.
  6. For pneumatic lifting and lowering, the air compressor must maintain a working pressure of over 4 kilograms. Regularly clean the sewage in the air storage cylinder to ensure the cleanliness of the compressed air and extend its service life.
