Horizontal rod-pin sand mill
Product description:
A shorter, larger-diameter grinding chamber can reduce flow inertia, simplify process control, and provide a longer, larger-diameter separation system. The cyclic grinding process continues until the quality requirements are met, and high flow rate ensures an efficient cyclic operation mode; it can control low material temperature because the material temperature rise is minimized through a low-cooling grinding shaft; in addition, a cooling exchange system can be externally added to the pipeline and material tank. A high-energy grinding system with high strength and high force can be used. One or multiple passes through the system can achieve higher output, and a small-sized machine with the same rotational speed can reduce material loss during material change. Additional raw materials/additives can be added to the formula during the grinding process.

Working principle:
A mechanical device that generates shear force, impact force, and crushing force through the high-speed rotation of the rotor, dispersing, crushing, deaggregating, homogenizing, and emulsifying particulate materials in the fluid. Physical grinding does not damage the inherent properties of the material, but rather performs deaggregation and genuine grinding of the agglomerates.
