400W Laboratory High-Speed Disperser | R&D Pre-dispersion Equipment. This 400W compact, benchtop high-speed disperser is designed for laboratories and R&D centers to facilitate formula development and small-batch sample pre-dispersion. It features variable-frequency stepless speed control with a wide adjustment range. The serrated dispersion disc generates a powerful vortex, enabling rapid wetting of powders and the breakdown of particle agglomerates. The unit can be equipped with a small, anti-splash mixing vessel to minimize material loss due to splashing. Wetted parts are available in 304 or 316L stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to solvent corrosion. Options for electric or manual lifting mechanisms are available, simplifying material changes and cleaning.
This equipment is suitable for small-scale mixing and dispersion tasks involving coatings, inks, pigment pastes, pesticide suspensions, and ceramic powders.
