Storage Tank | Sealed Slurry Storage and Transfer Tank: A vertical stainless steel tank designed for the temporary storage and buffering of materials within a production line. Positioned upstream or downstream of a bead mill (sand mill), it regulates material flow to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the grinding process. The tank can be equipped with an optional low-speed agitator to prevent the settling or sedimentation of pigments and powdered slurries. Both the interior and exterior surfaces are mirror-polished, ensuring a seamless, crevice-free design that is easy to clean. Wetted parts are available in 304 or 316L stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to solvents and corrosion. Optional features include: cooling/heating jackets, sealed manholes, breather valves, liquid level gauges, conical bottoms with residue-free discharge outlets, explosion-proof motors, and mobile casters.
This tank is widely used for the storage and transfer of coatings, inks, color pastes, pesticide suspensions, and ceramic slurries. It can be integrated with concentric agitator tanks, high-speed dispersers, horizontal bead mills, and single-head filling machines to form a complete production line.
