Jingchuan Machinery has recently completed assembly, calibration, and trial runs for a new batch of semi-automatic weighing filling machines and fully automatic filling equipment. These units are being delivered to customers in the paint, color paste, pesticide, and fine chemical industries, where they can integrate seamlessly with bead mills, high-speed dispersers, and mixing tanks to form complete grinding-dispersing-filling production lines.
The semi-automatic series features a human-machine collaborative mode—operators place containers manually while the machine handles precise quantitative filling. This model offers flexible changeover, a compact footprint, and low initial investment, making it ideal for small-to-medium batches with multiple specifications and product types. Maintenance is straightforward and cost-effective.
The fully automatic series is equipped with PLC intelligent control systems, providing automatic conveying, positioning, multi-stage speed filling, and drip-proof retraction. It can connect directly to capping and labeling stations, making it well-suited for high-volume continuous production with stable filling accuracy and significantly reduced labor intensity.
All product-contact components are crafted from 304/316 stainless steel, compatible with paints, slurries, and high-viscosity pastes. The design effectively addresses common industry pain points such as dripping, stringing, and metering deviations, ensuring precise and reliable filling.
