50L High-Flow Horizontal Bead Mill Now in Mass Production
Jingchuan Machinery has recently completed batch production and factory testing of its 50L high-flow disc-type horizontal bead mill, adding a new high-capacity option for wet grinding applications.
Designed specifically for medium-to-high viscosity materials with high flow rates, this model features an enhanced cooling circulation system. The disc-type grinding structure delivers high grinding efficiency with uniform and stable particle size output.
The equipment supports explosion-proof configurations and offers customizable ceramic inner linings, making it suitable for a wide range of applications—including paints, color pastes, agrochemical slurries, and certain new energy material grinding processes. With stable, reliable operation, the mill is capable of 24-hour continuous production.
