How to effectively maintain a horizontal sand mill

Operators and maintenance personnel for horizontal sand mill equipment should be familiar with the equipment's structural performance and the names, specifications, and functions of each component. Operators should lubricate each part according to the requirements indicated on the lubrication diagram and keep the lubrication points clean. During operation, attention should be paid to ensuring that the temperature of each bearing does not exceed 32°C, checking whether the bolts are loose, whether there are any abnormal noises, whether the ore and water feeding is uniform, whether there is any leakage from the cylinder, whether the motor current and voltage of the horizontal sand mill are normal, and whether the protective cover of the transmission part is intact. The environment surrounding the horizontal sand mill equipment should be kept clean and sanitary, and all parts of the horizontal sand mill, except for the rotating parts, should be cleaned at any time. After being used for a period of time, the ball mill should be inspected and maintained.
