The high shear homogenizing head and the claw-type dual engagement design of the stator and rotor structure allow material to be simultaneously inhaled from both the upper and lower parts of the stator and rotor, doubling the shear probability while avoiding the issue of dead zones that often occur in the upper material. It is suitable for fine emulsification, high-quality dispersion, and efficient mixing. The all-round wall scraping and stirring ensures that the material tumbles without dead zones.
