Coaxial Mixing Tank | Dual-Shaft High/Low-Speed ​​Mixing Equipment. Featuring a coaxial dual-shaft design with independent drives for the inner and outer shafts: the low-speed frame or anchor-style scraper agitator continuously removes material adhering to the tank walls, preventing buildup and eliminating "dead zones" in the mixing process; the central high-speed dispersing disc provides powerful shear to break up powder agglomerates, simultaneously achieving mixing, homogenization, and pre-dispersion. Equipped with dual variable-frequency drives for independent speed control, allowing for flexible configuration of high and low-speed parameters. The tank interior and exterior are mirror-polished, with product-contact surfaces available in 304 or 316L stainless steel. Optional features include jacketed heating/cooling, vacuum degassing, explosion-proof electrical controls, and bottom discharge.
Ideal for the mixing and pre-processing of high-solids, medium-to-high viscosity materials—such as coatings, inks, color pastes, resins, adhesives, pesticide slurries, and lithium-battery slurries. It can be integrated with high-speed dispersers, horizontal bead mills, and single-head filling machines to form a complete grinding, dispersing, and filling production line.
