Multi-Function Concentric shaft mixing tank
The concentric shaft mixing tank adopts a double concentric shaft structure, achieving both mixing and wall scraping operations in one unit. The inner shaft performs high-speed shearing and mixing, while the outer shaft scrapes and cleans the tank wall, preventing material from adhering and clumping. The tank body can be optionally equipped with jacketed heating and cooling, supporting closed-loop operation. It is suitable for high-viscosity coatings, adhesives, pastes, and slurries, providing uniform mixing and clean discharge. It can be integrated with dispersers and sand mills to form a complete production line.
