Product Description

This 5L disc-type horizontal sand mill features a disc-type stirring structure, providing strong shearing and dispersing force for fine grinding, making it suitable for laboratory research and development and small-scale pilot production. Its dynamic separation discharge structure effectively prevents grinding ball clogging, ensuring smooth discharge. The cylinder is equipped with a jacketed water cooling system to quickly dissipate grinding heat and prevent material deterioration at high temperatures.

The flow-through components are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to disassemble and clean. It is widely used in coatings, inks, color pastes, nano-slurries, pesticide suspensions, and other materials, offering simple operation and convenient maintenance.
