Feed Pump: The WMS series sand mill uses a pneumatic double-diaphragm fluid transfer pump. It can also be equipped with an RBZ series internal arc gear pump, which features a unique structure, low noise, minimal leakage, and exceptional performance in conveying viscous materials.
Machine Body: The machine body is a welded steel structure that fixes and supports the main unit, feed pump, casing, electrical box, and other components. It is stable, reliable, and compact. Four adjustable anti-vibration pads are installed at the bottom of the machine body to ensure the overall levelness.
Electrical System: The electrical system of the sand mill consists of a main circuit control circuit and auxiliary circuits for lighting indicators, etc.
Control Program: If either the main motor or the pump experiences an overload and circuit breaks, it will automatically stop. If the pump does not start, the main motor cannot be started, but it can be jogged.
Working Principle
The pneumatic double diaphragm pump inputs the pre-dispersed and wetted solid/liquid mixture into the cylinder, where it is agitated by a high-speed rotating dispersion disc along with the grinding media inside the cylinder. This causes intense shearing between the solid particles in the material and the grinding media, achieving the purpose of grinding particles and dispersing aggregates. The ground material is then discharged through a dynamic separator.
