The Horizontal Rod-Pin Sand Mill is an advanced grinding machine designed for the efficient dispersion and size reduction of particulate materials in fluids. Its unique horizontal chamber design and high-energy grinding system make it ideal for producing fine and uniform dispersions with controlled temperature, making it suitable for coatings, inks, dyes, pigments, and other chemical applications.

Working Principle
The sand mill operates by generating shear force, impact force, and crushing force through high-speed rotor rotation. This mechanical action effectively disperses, crushes, deaggregates, homogenizes, and emulsifies particulate materials in fluid media. The physical grinding process preserves the material's inherent properties while performing genuine deaggregation and grinding of particle agglomerates.
