The HSS360 horizontal sand mill is a 360-litre high-output unit built for pigment paste and industrial coating producers in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Colombia who run long campaigns of a few products rather than many short batches. A 132kW motor drives a heavy disc rotor with a large media charge, delivering 400 to 3200 kg/h while keeping specific energy per tonne low enough to compete on cost.
