The WMS30 agitator bead mill is a 30-litre nano grinding unit designed for formulators who need reproducible sub-micron dispersion rather than bulk throughput. With a 22kW motor and a chamber that accepts 0.3 to 1.2 mm zirconia beads, the agitator shaft accelerates the bead charge to a high energy density and typically reaches a median particle size of 150 to 300 nanometres on pigment concentrates, inkjet inks and electrode slurries, while jacketed cooling holds outlet
